Our four step process aims to keep costs as low as possible while giving you the best chances of registering your trade mark. The costs and steps are as follows:

Step 1 – Trade Mark database search - $390 + GST.

Step 2 - Prepare and file the trade mark application - $760 + GST which includes all government filing fees and our service fees.

Step 3 - Trade Mark office examination – Free if there are no objections from the Trade Mark Office.

Step 4 – Trade Mark Registration - $500 + GST which includes a registration period of 10 years
